ReplyDeleteOne of Galileo's most famous inventions was proof that the sun is the center of the solar system.
Galileo developed a telescope. He improved it over time from 3x to 30x. In 1597,Galileo invented a geometric compass, a scientific instrument with two arms that can be used for making calculations and geometric measurements. Galileo is also credited with inventing a microscope with 2 lenses at either end of a hollow tube. He built an early thermometer in 1590s.
